Cushing Creek Retaining Wall

Cushing Creek Retaining Wall

As the prime contractor for CA Department of Transportation District 1 North Region in coordination with State Parks & Local Tribal Organizations, MCI worked continuously for over a year without any recordable safety incident(s) and fostered a positive working relationship with numerous Department Representatives. Project highlights include sensitive sequencing to construct a new 356′ long x 45′ tall soldier tie back wall while continuously removing a previously installed failed wall due to storm damaged slide conditions. Roadway reconstruction and drainage improvements complicated with shallow existing active electrical and fiber optic lines were preformed successfully.
