McCullough Construction was founded in 1987 by Macky and Dena McCullough.

The Foundation of the company is built on Integrity, working hard and the passion for a family legacy. The company began with a backhoe, dump truck and the power of a handshake when binding contracts. In just over 30 years the company has evolved into a heavy civil corporation; focused on building and rehabilitating waterways, roads, bridges and everything in between. Family legacy has always been the top priority for Macky and Dena through 37 years of marriage- and a partnership that cannot be broken, they share this legacy with 3 daughters, 8 grandchildren and 45 employees. McCullough Construction stands committed to their employees, clients and continuing to ensure a successful future. McCullough Construction is a family operated company being led by Macky McCullough and his daughter, Rachelle McCullough-Hicks.
